My best work is done with individuals and couples, with a specific focus on men struggling with depression, anxiety and male identity issues. I use a carefully curated blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Empowerment-Based Therapy in order to assist you in finding your own inner strength to resolve your most troubling hurdles. I practice a collaborative based process where each client sets their own goals and has a hand in how they overcome their challenges, whether those challenges are in a relationship or within yourself. Finding a therapist that understands you and your struggles can be a process, but it is an important decision and journey. I believe it’s necessary for me to empathize with you while still thoughtfully challenging your perspectives and I hope that you may find comfort in unlocking an entirely new version of yourself that is more insightful and stronger than before.
