This group provides a place for women experiencing infertility to connect and feel supported.
Experiencing infertility, regardless of cause, can take its toll on your mind, your body, your finances, and your relationships.
You assumed it would be easy, and you didn’t plan for infertility counseling detours in the process.
About the group
This group provides a place for women experiencing infertility to connect and feel supported.
It will include: Weekly check in with each participant, Psychoeducation on grief and loss, Boundary work, Identifying and expressing emotions, Resources (Podcast, independent psychoeducation, acupuncture, books, articles and more.
Program Format
This is an Open Group, meaning after your initial interview with Amanda or Janani you can come to as many group session as you would like.
10 week sessions
Days: Fridays – Time: 3:00pm – 4:30pm.
Cost = $25/per session
Location: Online and on location at 900 Fulton Ave. Suite 250. Sacramento, CA 95825
